HR Specialist at Sinai University

Position: HR Specialist
Location: Cairo

Job Brief:

The HR Specialist will work collaboratively with teammates in the development, implementation, and day-to-day administration of HR compliance programs, policies, and practices.
S/he assists with daily operations of the HR department, which typically includes being the first point of contact for employees.

Duties:

•    Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer.
•    Interviewing applicants
•    Administering pre-employment tests
•    Assisting with completing background investigations
•    Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
•    Assists in developing short and long range staffing plans to meet foretasted mission requirements, human capital losses and changes in critical competencies.
•    Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
•    Payroll Administration
•    Creates/Maintains liaison between different departments and with outside Partners to establish and ensure a perfect payroll system.




Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in the same position
HR Diploma
Excellent command of English
