About the Job:

We are currently seeking to hire a Store Admin Executive in our Cash Office team in IKEA Egypt. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily large amounts of cash transactions. Job duties will include but not limited to:

Responsible for all the cash transactions that takes place in the store.
Preparing Bank Reconciliations, Petty Cash Accounts & related G.L Entries on SAP.
Reconciling various GL accounts and prepares journal entries.
Preparing Sales figures reports.
Constantly monitor and maintain the book of accounts (G/L, sub ledger).
To make entries for all the daily Cash transactions and balance the books at the end of the day.
To follow cash office daily/weekly and monthly routines and SOPs.
To check the money requests with their superiors before sanctioning them, report any discrepancies.
Ensure all the collections are made on time from the debtors of the company.
Prepare the requirements at year end preview for the external audit and internal auditors.

About You:

You should have a bachelor's degree in Commerce or any relevant discipline with experience in audit and Software (SAP / Navision). 3-5 years are required within a similar role. You must demonstrate the following skills:

Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills
Effective Communication
Fire Marshall Training
First Aid Trained
MS Office. Excel
Good financial and audit acumen
