Qualifications - Able to work any time morning or night \working under stress - excellent communications skills -to deal with technicians and people \excellent at leadership - leading the technical works to the finishing - making technical reports - Has knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures and has experience and the facility management field - has knowledge in the finishing works and materials
