Description - Work with the export team to identify relevant research topics
- Communicate effectively with other internal company departments and external partners to achieve export department goals
- Execute Export Marketing Research tasks ( Mainly Desk & some Field Research, Using Internet as an Effective source of Information, Analyzing & interpretation of data with the help of senior employees)
- Organize data using Excel and required statistical methods
- Validate, and restructure clients database for export marketing purposes
- Work with the export team to correctly interpret findings of different research& studies
- Prepare presentations and summaries of study findings
- Support the export team in other marketing initiatives
- Handling day to day correspondence of the export department in cooperation with export team
- Maintaining the relation between the company and various governmental organizations giving services to exporters
- Attending workshops serving the companys export goals, as assigned by the export manager
- Follow-up on the communication with NGOs& donor organizations encouraging exports in Egypt
- Initiate and update companys pages on various social platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, etc. in addition to the preparation of export related updates to be added to the companys website
- Design surveys that answer relevant export and marketing questions
Qualifications - 1-2 years experience in data analysis with advanced excel skills - Preferably holding Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Mass Communication/International Communication or related field - Effective communication & Presentation Skills - Familiarity with PowerPoint - Understand the fundamentals of marketing research for export - Ability to use Trade Map Database, Country& Product Map, Market Access Map is a plus - Professional written, presentation and oral skills - Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work on your own and as part of the team
