Description Responsible for administration of the day to day work for products exported abroad, and arranging delivery of goods to customers. May also work on expanding the export customers database. - Follow up all export sales orders starting from receiving the customer order, through manufacture to delivery confirmation by customer. - Coordinate with the clearance agent for all export shipments - Prepare all relevant documentation required by the customs. - Post all sales orders into SAP ensuring that they correspond with the customers purchase order. - Communicate the daily status of each order with Operations dep., ensuring that the export sales department have up-to-date information to communicate to the customers. - Be the focal point between the production and sales ensuring that the information is up to date. - Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions. - Prepares reports of transactions to facilitate billing of shippers and foreign carriers - Maintain an up to date and well organized filing system for all Export sales and deliveries
