 job Description:-

 - preparing Daily , weekly and monthly cash flows for the company to monitor the cash movements and to expect any cash deficit or surplus might happen ,
 - Preparing Short & intermediate-term cash budget to give an over view for our cash position according to the budgets (to be revised every quarter ).
 - Daily information flow, Coordination For Action on daily basis.
 - Reviewing all bank entries.
 - Follow-up of loan stoppers and auditing the calculation of interest in coordination with the management of the treasury.
 - Supervising the company safes.
 - Reviewing all main safe entries(expenses- advances-vendors- customers).
 - Reviewing Bank reconciliations. Following daily customer payments.
 - Contacting with people in the banks.
 - Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed.

Qualifications - Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial, Auditing, Decision making, Investment decisions, Taxes, Governance theory, concepts, and practices. - Familiar with ERP system Controls and functions. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills - Ability to command respect and trust from employees and external communities

Other Skills - Knowledge of real estate finance - Knowledge of government laws and local financial laws is relevant - Full knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and amendments. - Full knowledge of the law of mortgage finance and executive regulations and decisions of the General Authority for financial control related to the field of mortgage finance.
