Description Reception functions: - Answer incoming calls and handle caller inquiries, direct calls and take adequate messages, greet, assist and directs quests and visitors and general public, direct general public to appropriate staff members, meet angry customers and firms professionally and with flexibility - Office support services, receives, direct and relay telephones, pick up and receive emails. Office Administration functions: - Responsible for visa issuing, flights & hotel bookings. - Car Rental requests. - Courier delivery and pick up. - Creating Purchase Orders for HR Department. - Issuing & Tracking Parking and Access cards. - Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies such as stationary, kitchen & cleaning supplies - Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment. - Managing Office branding - Managing Office Maintenance Span of Control: - Managing Security Team - Managing Housekeeping Team - Managing Companys Messenger
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any relevant field

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
