Description — Handle GM office management activities. — Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants to coordinate a variety of executive meetings. — Arrange GM meetings (inside & outside the office) and prepare minutes of meeting. — Prepare the General Assembly documents and arrange for its meetings. — Prepare and file tenders documents, contract summaries and budgets. — Ensure the maintenance of an electronic filing system for all departments correspondences with clients. — Prepare & update weekly and monthly reports regarding the Expats work orders and permits summaries. — Delegated by the GM in managing and following up work related assignments. — Authorized to business office decisions in the occurrence that the GM is unavailable. — Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in any discipline. • At least 6 years of professional experience in the same field (medical or healthcare industry is preferred). • Very good written and spoken Arabic & English language. • Very good knowledge of Microsoft
