Description 1.Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders. 2.Tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. 3.Complies with H&S rules and regulations. 4.Maintains accurate manual and computer records. 5.Maintains cooperative working relationships. 6.Communicates with inspection team and asking them to inspect the received materials. 7.Communicates with other store keepers and distributes different materials to different stores. 8.Knows methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of different materials. 9.Has a good background about different types of spares which used in cement industry. 10.Shares as a key member in stocktaking. 11.Knows about fire fighting and how to use different type of distinguishers. 12.Ensures that his store is well secured.
Qualifications 7 to 10 years experience in the same position (at least 5 years in a cement plant) •Suitable qualification. (Bachelor of commerce is preferable) •Good level of English language. •Worked with stores system (JDE, AX 2009, SAP...etc.) - AX 2009 is advantageous. •Age: max 35 years old. •Good knowledge of all stores activities (receiving, inspection, adding and issuance) •High communication skill. As he will communicate with different suppliers, representatives and drivers.
