Contact Center Agent is required Handling customer service’s contacts in Bavaria Fire Fighting Solutions contact center located in Cairo – Egypt.

Work activities
•Take inbound contacts from customers / clients in Arabic Language and wrap them successfully in the shortest time period including ( and not limited to ) :
oTaking Sales orders
oTaking Service Requests / inquiries from customers / clients / callers
oAnswering customer’s questions / general enquirers
•Make outbound campaigns to potential customers / clients with the aim of gathering information or selling a product / service •Accomplishing sales / service targets assigned
•Coordination with Sales / service field teams at need
•Coordination and follow up works with our branches & service van cars

Job Requirements
•4 or 5 years university degree
•Arabic mother tongue ( proficiency in pronunciation is a MUST )
•Having second language knowledge for talking is a big plus
•Able to work around shifts ( Shift is 8 hours ) and on weekends , Quick learner
•Can work using MS Windows & MS Office / LibreOffice software
•Can use email software like MS Outlook & Mozilla Thunderbird
•Basic knowledge in using internet
•Skill of using Oracle CRM 12i is a big plus but not a must .
•Can print documents on printer
•Can use fax machines
•Stamina, toughness , resilience and able to work under pressure
•Excellent communication skills , Verbal Communication , Phone Skills , Listening, Data Entry Skills , Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
