Ensure all payments are done within budget availability and according to policies Follow-up on payments and reports to ensure timely submission to sponsors Maintain administrative matters including appointment of projects staff, expenses reimbursement and travel arrangements. Grant management through reviewing the contract, revising financial reports Ensure quarterly reports financial and technical are prepared in a timely manner and reported to sponsor on time Purchase equipment and office supplies. Act as a liaison with Assuit University
