Description Description: 1. Performing site surveys 2. Supervising the installation team and assuring the installation quality meeting the standards of the vendor as well as the operator. 3. Starting the initial turn up and configuration for the equipment 4. Performing the required tests for the equipment as per the required procedure. 5. Following on any further upgrades, ready for being on site to help troubleshoot any further faults. 6. Following up on Logistics, keeping track record of the hardware 7. Following up on RMAs 8. Present in office in non outdoor working days 9. Reporting skills and presentable . 10. Participate in investigating, hunting, planning for new projects
Qualifications 1. Experience in optical fiber applications 2. Very good understanding of DWDM, SDH networks 3. Past experience with subcontractors working on installation and commissioning of SDH, DWDM Optical transmission equipment. 4. Experience in Site Surveying. 5. Networking basics (N+ study or certified) 6. Good Knowledge of Microsoft windows 7. Ability to travel Inside Egypt to remote areas 8. Required to travel outside Egypt 9. Holding Driving License / preferably owns a car 10. Hard Worker 11. Fluent English Speaker 12. Holding Telecom Egypt site access 13. Quality oriented 14. Efficient time management 15. Self learning and development ability 16. Good web surfer and searcher.
