Description 1.Increase customers penetration by regular visits to the Key Accounts at headquarters, sites and any other establishments to follow up statuses, opportunities and needs to be fulfilled. 2.Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers. 3.Work on maintaining a wide and strong customer platform. 4.Maintain and follow up accurate and detailed data for current and potential customer. 5.Manage and interpret customer requirements, through communicating and understanding their needs. 6.Negotiating tenders and contracts terms to meet both client and company needs and reaching a complete sales transaction. 7.Provide guidance to technical department and project management of the customers, to ensure integrity of the bidding process. 8.Regular follow up of the offer and quotation filling to reach the desired level of customer satisfaction. 9.Accurate follow up with the technical department to reach an accurate status of each project and handle this follow up with the client.
Qualifications Must have background in Security Systems and Surveillance Systems. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field of IT Sales. Excellent English Language.
