Description Conduct capacity analysis to existing devices, equipments and machines. Convert forecast and actual production plan to necessary equipments in order to fulfill demand for local and export markets. Determine the flow of the manufactured parts and required manufacturing interval for each process. Perform assessment and depreciation calculation to equipments and machines in the shop floor. Set plan for machinery replacement or upgrade the older machinery to increase production efficiency and improve quality of products. Draw and update five years manufacturing strategy by introducing new technology and coordinating processes and staff development. Propose technical innovation by communicating with all technical responsible staff & all related departments by setting up action plans and schedules
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering and at least two years of steadily increasing experience after graduation or MBA or BSC in Economic and Finance or Business administration
