Description     —Monitoring the attendance Alexandria branch & Issuing daily reports for branch attendance and takes the necessary action regarding absent and lateness cases. —Handle staff vacations ( deduct vacation balance, Sick leave, Maternity leave , Annual leave ) —Handle branch staff medical insurance process with the company doctor in branch . —Supervising the general services activities including (Cleaners ” Security ”Building Technicians). —Run investigation for misconduct incidents and review documentation of warning letters —Asst. in recruitment activities in Alexandria branch such as (screen candidates, arrange interviews, conduct testing, checking references )
Qualifications    Bachelor degree.
Gender    Male
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    •Alexandria City`s residents only Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office ) •Excellent negation skills •Details oriented
