Description 1. Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Websites, call applicants and set up interviews, reviewing resumes, filtering and screening CVs, conducting initial interviews with the candidates to choose the best one who fits in the job description required and the companys culture. 2. Opening bank accounts for all employees and following up with the bank for accounts numbers, ATM cards and loans. 3. Following up medical, Life and accident insurance offer renewal, searching for the best offers from different companies and reselecting based on new company requirements. 4. Following up medical insurance, care forms, claim forms, issuing and canceling medical cards for all staff. 5. Handling life and accident insurance for all staff. 6. Coordinating with the training centers to get the best offer for trainings for employees. 7. Helping the Quality Management System Manager in preparing the company forms, presentations and organizing HSE trainings to the staff in order to meet the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. 8. Announcing all company social events. 9. Reporting all required reports and presentations to Human Resources Manager. 10. Filing all HR administration work. 11. Updating the automation system with the medical, life and accident insurance information. 12. Commitment towards all company QMS and HSE MS requirements.
Qualifications 1. 2 years experience.2.Bachelor Degree in a related field, HR Diploma is an asset. 3. Excellent English. 4. Excellent MS Office skills.
