Description - Act as a role model and coach the selling team. - Supervise the Junior sales specialists to drive sales activities while monitoring and progress of achieving individual and departmental sales goals. - Deliver excellent customer service and sales results. - Focus on building loyalty and maximizing sales opportunities by generating and increase sales volume. - Assist the sales supervisor in the operational Management of the department. - Develop and customize proposals and sales presentations. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the client, agent and business firm environment. - Work with Technical support engineers to ensure a smooth implementation process with new clients. - Maintain documentation of prospects, leads, and develop and maintain sales reports and formal written documentation along with contact information. - Other duties are required by the manager and travel (inside or abroad) as required.
Qualifications Technical Knowledge: • Ability to Meet all Sales Goals. • Closing Skills. • High level of Negotiation skills. • Territory Management & Prospecting Skills. • Self-Confidence. • Product Knowledge.
