Description Assist in conducting the job analysis to create and update clear job descriptions in order to hire, train, compensate, and evaluate the employees. Assist to have an effective recruitment and selection process both internally and externally, post vacancy, review and screen CVs, interview applicants, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications. Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources and ensure the recruitment database of qualified pool of high potential candidates is continuously up to date on daily basis. Conducts employee orientation, introducing personnel, payroll, and assisting with enrolment forms, expectations, policies and procedures, employment benefits, hours of work, schedules, time off, substitute for the purpose of ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes as well as completion of forms. Coordinates training programs based on organizational and employee needs and conducts training courses Interfaces with the internal and external clients on behalf of the organization. Responsible for the Implementation of the midyear and annual performance appraisal Preparing and analyzing statistical HR reports & documents within specific time frame as requested by management. Monitoring an effective payroll system applying the company rules and laws to get the wages paid correctly.
Qualifications •Well versed on HR workflows and HR information systems •Excellent organisational and administrative skills •Strong attention to details •Customer focused with good telephone manner. •Understands the need for strict confidentiality and work with highly sensitive information •Ability to maintain high level of data accuracy in various aspects including various reports and employee data in HR systems •Effective communication skills and ability to work with a significant diversity of individual and/or groups required.
