NOW HIRING – HR Officer – DOKKI
Responsibilities:
Recruiting and staffing logistics, including preparing application packs for vacancies and advertising vacancies using social media tools.
• Handling potential candidate’s inquiries, processing reference requests and preparation of employment contracts and notifying unsuccessful candidates.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
• Ensure proper workflow for social & medical insurance for all O3 staff in Egypt and coordinating necessary documentation.
• Continuously and accurately Maintains Human Resource Information System records, database and employee's files.
• Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
• Handling employee relations and exit interviewing.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Legal advisor and deal with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures according the Egyptian labor law.
• Work closely with HR team on all on boarding & exit formalities and update existing database accordingly.
• Handling all HR required documents such as HR letter, Leaves and bank undertakings.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
3-5 years of HR experience
