REQUIREMENTS:
o 3-5 years proven success managing client projects (for the right individual who wants to learn, we would waive this requirement)
o An awesome, positive, can-do attitude
o Highly motivated, results driven personality
o Comfortable in an inside sales environment which includes answering sales inquires (by phone and email) and converting those leads to long term customers
o Superior customer service skills and thorough understanding of sales process with a needs based approach
o Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
o Ability to work independently in a fast paced start-up environment and problem solve with little direction
o A passion for social media is a plus
o Team player with a willingness to learn
o Intelligent, tech-savvy outgoing individual
o Very organized with the ability to multi-task
o Degree or diploma in marketing or design preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Manages full sales cycle from making the initial contact, to closing the sale and then being the key senior contact within the account
o Build lasting partnerships with large and high potential clients
o Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure the seamless transition and highest levels of satisfaction for clients requiring custom design and development services
o Pre-qualify incoming opportunities and convert these inquiries to sales
o Proactively manage a portfolio of existing accounts and steadily grow their loyalty and spend
o Respond quickly and thoroughly to requests for information/proposals from designers and architects
o Collaborate with project teams on the roll-out of new client projects
o Diligently manage relationships with suppliers for client orders
o Funnel client insights and feedback to the product team to assist with continuous improvement of the service

Working Hrs: 10am-6pm and longer whenever necessary

Salary: Negotiable.
