Description Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications of the Company, including responding independently wherever possible and required Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations for the MD/ Executive Management. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. Manages a busy calendar for the MD, requiring interaction with both internal and external personnel as well as consultants. Handling all correspondence international and local as well as internal memos and external faxes. Responsible of all the business trips
Qualifications Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good negotiating and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills Good numeracy skills and knowledge of statistics. High standard of computer literacy. Responsibility & daily follow-up skills. Excellent analytical and decision making skills
