Description Plan for, implement and manage the Mechanical Maintenance function and processes to ensure that plant equipment and systems are operational towards the achievement of production plans with high efficiency. —Develop and implement maintenance processes and procedures towards the achievement of maintenance objectives efficiently. —Manage and provide subordinates and team members with the necessary leadership &support to conduct maintenance tasks and activities towards the achievement of objectives and plans. —Develop the maintenance schedule and monitor its achievement ensuring that preventive and predictive maintenance best practices are applied. —Monitor the use of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary so that these are available when required. —Manage and oversee that equipment used for maintenance is in working condition and liaise with maintenance parties to conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner. —Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment. —Review, approve and submit reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. —Monitor the operation of plant equipment, identify any issues requiring attention and take the necessary action towards its rectification.
Qualifications Qualification •Bachelor degree in Mechanical , Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering •3 to 7 years Maintenance experience in Manufacturing companies :, Plastic, Home Appliance , Automotive…..

Other Skills Skills -High interpersonal abilities -Team management skills. -Conflict resolution skills -Planning and organizing. -Knowledge of office computer skills -Strong technical knowledge in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. -Overall knowledge of production processes.
