Description 1 . Guide and motivate sales team with oversight and Continue 2 . Participate in the selection and hiring salesmen and determine the required qualifications . 8 . Developing the performance of the sales team and identify training needs . 9 . Provide reports on the activities and products of competitors and to make suggestions for the development of the companys products for the administration . 10 . Coordination with department stores and other departments in the needs of the sector 11 . Participate in the development plan for the sector fully realizable 12 . Coordinate activities between departments like sales and marketing , warehousing , production and finance. 13 . Monitor the implementation of promotional campaigns and represent the company in exhibitions 14 . Runs on each of the administrative sector , both accountants, drivers and warehouse .... etc.
Qualifications (Bachelor of Business Administration) Post Graduate in the field of Sales Not less than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing
