Description -Manage Software Lifecycle (SLCM) activities across all project phases -collaborate with other teams, lead architect and the president to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation -Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers decisions across projects -Provide ongoing project plan/status reporting for use by account managers, clients and management -Provide input into strategic planning and asset creation processes -Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning -Ensure that the requirements were clearly obtained from customers and make sure that they were met by the end of the project with the highest quality -Prepares and presents reports and project presentations -Organizes and conducts regular project team meetings -Organize, coordinate the duties among team members, internal and with the customer -Work with appropriate customers to identify the roles of project team members -Define the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, management, project team, vendors and others affected by the project -Identify and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects. Facilitates amicable solutions with the appropriate customer(s) -Seizes the upfront opportunities for up sales -Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members
Qualifications -Perfect Communicator -Excellent Command of both written & spoken English -High level of creativity -Organized -Flexible
