Description      Answering all incoming calls and recording messages when necessary  Making national and international phone calls as requested  Developing a filing system and maintaining the system up to date  Developing a ‘Client Contact List– database and updating it with new contact details  Attending meetings, taking minutes and making professional reports + following up when necessary  Taking dictation, composing and typing correspondences, faxes, e-mails, etc‡  Planning and organizing external and internal meetings including agendas and documents for meetings  Arranging appointments when required
Qualifications    - Bachelor degree from a four-year accredited university (English department)
Gender    Female
Experience    3 - 5 Years.
