Description 1. Must be conscientious and hardworking, bright and articulate, mentally well organized and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as on his/her feet. 2. Should also have good planning and organizational abilities because the position often required the juggling of several tasks at the same time. 3. Must have several years of experience, He/She must be fluent in English and must be able to provide a fast, but well though through turn around of work. 4. Should be an independent thinker with confidence in his/her abilities and not afraid to make decisions in the absence of the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) 5. The CMD is very conscious about perfection, details, responsiveness and quality of assignments plus the continuous improvement of company procedures and systems. Also, assist in all these matters on a continuous basis.
Qualifications Additionally, must adhere to a very strict code of conduct both on and off duty, remembering that he/she represents the CMD in his presence or in his absence. (As the CMD is a high profile individual in both local and international circles, the Office Manager/PA naturally becomes known for his/her role with CMD. Must be punctual at all times, attired properly, and have a charismatic and diplomatic personality that radiates intelligence, humour, efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism. Must be devoted to the CMD and work continually to gain and maintain the respect and trust of the CMD.
