Description     Role Summary: Work closely with all aspects of Operation covering many areas of business management including client care, Customer retention and operations efficiency. Responsibilities: —Approach customers through professional techniques using all correspondence tools targeting solid understand of their needs to handle fulfillment through priorities plan. —Design and inspect insurance plans which will efficiently satisfy our clients and customers needs. —Take necessary actions to present, explain and follow up of suggested plans in order to set on the actual progress of suggested insurance plans. —Execute issuance process for customers` insurance plans with effective follow up to its steps through service providers, internal and external parties as well addressing accuracy in both time and conditions. —Follow up with customers the service delivery, application of terms and stand on their level of satisfaction with ability to handle any troubles if happened. —Coordinate with collection department to ensure high level of communication implemented with customers targeting smooth path of payments process. —Monitor Execution of plans during customer life time reporting periodically about customer readiness to pursue the plan and availability for cross-selling. —Set renewals plans and execute it in efficient manner to assist in customer retention objectives. —Reporting daily on current situation of operations flow and potential development methods.
Qualifications    - BSC of Business administration or relevant university degree. - 0 - 3 Years of consecutive Experience in Client care, Management or Operations.

Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    Good ability to operate MS Office as well as Oracle applications. - Good Knowledge of: Insurance Laws, Operation systems, Business Management software. - Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties including appearance and presence. - Customer Orientation with efficient planning and negotiation skills. - Ambitious and have an impressive will to learn. - Real Multi Task character with ability to manage priorities. - Ability to learn and get educated very well about Insurance Standards and related Laws. - Ability to keep concentration for long time and pay attention to details and analysis. - Ability to implement, follow up and develop internal compliance procedures.
Compensations    Monthly Bonus upon Performance appraisal, Medical and Social Insurance Plans.
