Description — Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks. — Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. — Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems and network problems. — Replacing parts as required. — Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues. — Supporting the roll-out of new applications. — Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. — Testing and evaluating new technology. — Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. • 2 – 5 years experience – Pref. Female Candidate • Excellent knowledge of networks / windows server / SQL • Good knowledge of web design and ability to build / update websites sites • Courses in network management and operations • EXCELLENT knowledge of user software (Office, MS Project, finance software, google products, web tools, etc…)

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Ability to explain to others how to work with programs and enhancing their skills. • Excellent problem solving skills. • Strong communication skills • Good organizational skills • Good time management
