Description Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; — Developing and drafting the yearly production plan and reviewing the purchasing plan. — Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. — Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems. — Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. — being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment; — monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes; — liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; — working with managers to implement the companys policies and goals; — ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed; — Identifying training needs — Product design and purchasing. — Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. — Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Qualifications Leadership skills, able to tackle complicated situations in timely manner, very Punctual able to meet deadlines.
