Description     —Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. —Identify resources and assign responsibilities. —Managing the project team. —Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, which includes field visits. —Competent in require project methodology. —Ensures project documents and reports are complete, current, and appropriately stored. —Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project. —Managing the project conflicts. —Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; anticipates and reacts to change.
Qualifications    •Bachelor degree of pharmacy. •Min. 5 years work experience includes 2-3 years in sales or marketing department. •Project management experience is a plus. •Master of business administration is a plus. •Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. •Strategic, operational, and technical marketing & management skills. •Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. •Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills. •Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.
