Description High performance on follow up on all sales orders (local & export) and client satisfaction. 1-To prepare all the related Export documents for each order as follows: 2-To confirm sending order confirmation to the customers. 3-To prepare & send on weekly basis complete order document list to supply chain department and manufacturing. 4-To Prepare & send dispatch confirmations to the customers. 5-To review the shipping documents copies and ensure being in order and prepare check list to confirm accuracy of documents. 6-To confirm sending original shipping documents directly to the customers if needed. 7-To follow and reply on time all customers inquiries regarding shipping documents.- To prepare, work on and ensure safe updating of Export tracking report. 8-To assist at the preparation of the rolling forecast. 9- Implementation as a user of ERP system with coordination scope. 10-Responsible for archiving & filing of sales department documents with clear traceability & proper documents records.
Qualifications •3 to 5 years of experience in sales operation role •3 years of experience in ERP system [user level] •Proficiency in MS Excel is required •Good verbal and written communication skills in English •Ability to work in a fast –paced environment •Ability to work cooperatively internally [cross departments] and externally [Customers] to build up and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals.
