Description -Manage the different aspects of the supply chain (including MRP Full Implementation &S/D, sourcing Strategy, foreign purchasing/local purchasing, hedging strategy, logistics, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, customs temporary exemption and draw back system) -Develop and manage Materials Requirement Planning function for goods and materials to satisfy the company master plan -Create item specific forecasts over a rolling time horizon to be used for ordering and inventory management purposes -Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems -Manage and supervise staff tasked with creating material requirement plans and/or forecasts -Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management -responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit- organizations representative internally and externally on Procurement issues and procedure -Develops and coordinates new policies and procedures regarding procurement processes -Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance according to company policy
Qualifications Candidates should have the following Experience: 1.Local Purchasing 2.Material Planning 3.Customs Exemption and Duty Draw Back 4.Leadership skills 5.High communication skills
