Qualifications • B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline. • Minimum one year of experience in technical writing field. • Fundamental knowledge of software development lifecycles. • Ability to work in a distributed team setting with different time zone. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • Organization skills and ability to work under pressure. • Excellent investigation skills. • Self-learner and able to acquire knowledge quickly. • Working hours must be flexible. • Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker and Robohelp • Bilingualism (French and English) • Experience in documenting software applications. • Experience in creating graphics and screen captures for technical illustrations • Knowledge of multiple technical areas, in particular the software development cycle.
