Description 1. Liaises with the Finance and Administration Department to facilitate the organization and implementation of training courses and workshops (invitations, bookings, preparation of training materials, stationery etc.) 2. Provides typing and interpretation services (Arabic-English) to the department as requested. 3. Liaises with the Management Information System Support Department and maintains database of trainers. 4. Attending lectures to evaluate different training methodology 5. Preparing end of programme evaluation reports 6. Coordinating the work between the trainers and the centre 7. Working on data base system 8. Monitoring trainees participation 9. Assessing and monitoring participants evaluation 10. Promoting FTTC programmes during running courses.
Qualifications 1. Fresh graduate 2. Relevant University degree. 3. Good command of main software packages and applications

Experience 0 – New Graduate Years.
Other Skills 1. Interpersonal skills patience. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Hard worker with high ability to work under stress.
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
Comments 1. Working hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00PM / or night shift from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. 2. Working days: from Sunday to Thursday 3. Flexibility in case of extra working hours and during weekends. 4. Work location: Foreign Trade Training Centre 5. Willing to travel inside Egypt
