Description     1- Design , implement and manage salary classifications and compensation programs. 2- Prepare detailed job descriptions and classification systems and define job levels and families, in partnership with other managers. 3- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan. 4- Oversee competitive analysis, merit increase and salary structure. 5- Ensure appropriate compensation and achieving internal and external equity. 6- Prepare and study salary surveys. 7- Administer and oversee employees insurance plans. 8- Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
Qualifications    Excellent language skills, presentable, excellent computer skills, presentation and negotiation skills, certified Compensation and benefit professional.
