Description 1. Establish and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks 2. Analyze transactions, internal reports and financial information for potential fraud risks. 3. Maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations 4. Create policies, procedures and control assessment in response to identified risks 5. Evaluate the effectiveness of companys internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company goals and objectives 6. Provide training and technical support to management and employees regarding risk management strategies and programs 7. Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that the compliance procedures are followed 8. Conduct and direct the internal investigation of compliance issues 9. Identify compliance issues that require follow up or investigation. 10. Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities. 11. Serve as confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas or report irregularity. 12. Custodian of documents of compliance activities such as complaints received on investigation outcomes 13. Advise management on implementation or operation of compliance programs
Qualifications Bachelor degree from any discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in same position Excellent Languages and communication skills
