Description     The main responsibility of the Key Accounts Manager job is the achievement of sales, distribution, display and sales activation; quality objectives through an effective and motivated sales force. Key Accountabilities : Develop monthly priorities sheet for key accounts team member organize and run monthly sector meeting (A- class & B- class)Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with all contracted accounts ( produce and manage timetable)Co-ordinate regional and national key accounts agenda / issues. Ensure all paper work is up to date(e.g. plan-o-grammes, contracts, forms, etc)Ensure collection and credit facilities of all accounts adhere to the company policies. Keep and update individual file for team members. Recruitment plan and actual interviewing and recruitment
Qualifications    Minimum of 3-5 years experience is required, preferably within a similar position Bachelors degree is must Bilingual (Arabic/ English) is a must Strong personality, self confident and patient High leadership qualities Training and coaching of sales team Appraisal of team members Initiative, follow through & priority setting Effective communication skills Problem solving, thinking (analysis)
