Description Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. Plan and develop sale units annual operational plan, forecast expected unit gross-profit via the implementation of marketing and sales strategies; while continuously analyzing and reporting trends and results. Develop sales departments objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence throughout Egypt. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.

Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills 6.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 7.Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. 8.Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. 9.Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
