Description 1.Conduct research, surveys and focus groups or benchmarking studies to develop new products and services for the governmental sector by utilizing companys smart chip; i.e. whereby governmental processes and services would be automated and money saving. 2.Promote current company products and services both locally, regionally or internationally by defining new opportunities. 3.Plan, implement, evaluate and when necessary adjust marketing strategy, including advertising and PR on an annual basis. 4.Plan, develop and communicate companys desired image, position, products and services by means of publications, company web site and events to ensure consistent communication both externally and internally. 5.Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development plans; specially the different governmental entities 6.Develop and maintain clients and prospective clients database and profiles to help explore their needs in terms of new possible products and services. 7.Develop short and long term plans and budgets for the marketing, communications and PR program and its activities (new ideas and offers); monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. 8.Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the organizations key constituents regarding quality and R&D of company programs and services 9.Maintain administrative and relevant reporting and planning systems.
Qualifications BA in Marketing or Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing or Business Development would be an asset Minimum 8-10 years experience in the Sales and Marketing field and at least the last five years in a managerial position. Targeted the governmental sector as a client for at least five years.

Other Skills 1.Demonstrate skill and knowledge in the design and execution of marketing, communication and public relations strategies and activities. 2.Strong creative, analytical, organizational and selling skills. 3.Experience developing and managing budgets, hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel whether in house or external. 4.Demonstrate successful experience in articulation: writing press releases, marketing presentations and negotiating with media. 5.Experience overseeing the design and production of printed material and publications. 6.Committed to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams. 7.Excellent English both in oral and written communications and reporting skills. 8.Ability to manage, problem solve and make decisions on multiple projects at a time.
