Responsible for a running register of suppliers and search for new suppliers to get the lowest prices with good quality .Ensure all received items are properly documented in accordance with our purchasing and receiving procedures. Assist the accounts payable in researching any discrepancies on invoices. Providing the required of stationary. Ensure that all storage areas are secured, cleaned and properly organized. Coordinate the annual operating equipment and supply requirements.
