Description Researching financial report variances. Cash Management Reports. Monthly bank reconciliation for multiple accounts. Updating Daily Sales Numbers. Updating and analyzing Daily Closing Reports. Act as back up for the Controller with various financial projects. Assist with General Ledgers. Assist in the monthly close process. Analyze general ledger account fluctuations. Analyze and prepare cash account reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets & quarterly forecasts. Assist with the interim and year-end audit. Analyze and prepare brokerage offices financial statements. Analyze and prepare monthly cash flow statements. Analyze and prepare monthly consolidated Balance sheet and flux analysis. Assist management with special projects. Visit the branches weekly Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications Accounting, Research Skills, Analyzing Information , Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Corporate Finance, Financial Software, General Maths Skills
