Description Responsible to the State Manager with authority to carry out the following duties, which include but are not limited to: Direct, develop and control the sale of After Sales products to internal and external customers working with other Departments, within the Company, Development of the State After Sales network to supply all customers operating Firefighting system products, including working with National After Sales to implement and maintain dealer contracts, operating standards and structures Direct, develop and control resources with the object to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction Undertakes appropriate sales promotional programs and campaigns, working with other local and national managers Participates in sales forecasts, market research, statistical analysis and feasibility studies
Qualifications -Mechanical or Electrical Engineering certificate -Minimum 5 years experience -Previous experience working across all areas of the After Sales / Customer Service environment preferably with formal technical qualifications or equivalent relevant industry experience -Demonstrated experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example -Have an understanding of financial management with the ability to set and deliver on agreed targets and budgets -Understanding of the marketplace and customer requirements with the ability to deliver customer satisfaction
