Description Ensure that the CPSs Fixed Assets are adequately recorded, safeguarded and regularly re-valued for adequate insurance Ongoing review of the Fixed Assets Balance Sheet Accounts Ensure Compliance with the Company RFA and Capital policies and Procedures Conduct regular Physical Verification of the CPSs Physical Assets Responsible for Capital Budget Management and consolidation Perform Fixed Asset Reconciliations Work with the RFC to ensure Fixed Assets register is accurate — Structuring and agreeing timetable and key inputs with all department managers — Reviewing with each department manager the proposed budget ensuring that all expenditure lines are adequately supported and justified. — Consolidation & analysis of total plant OPEX Budget including management summaries, then presentation of OPEX budget to the CCPLT. — Analyze total overhead and parts volume to ensure that Cairo CP (CCP) is aligned with corporate guidance on Overhead per part targets. — Communication of approved budget to all department managers — Use of the Business Warehouse reporting tool for the Region Standard and Business Plan. — Upload of Final budget into SAP.
Qualifications Technical Skills: -Internal Controls Accounting (Local & US GAAP) -Financial Analytical skills -Computer (SAP and Excel) skills -Accounting (Local & US GAAP) -Forecasting -Generic Competencies: Refer to Competency Directory and Provide between 3 – 7 of the highest priority competencies -Understanding the business -Planning and organizing -Work standards -Acting with integrity -Communicating effectively -Establish collaborative relationships -Building Accountability. 5-7 years experience of Finance and Accounting with at least 3 years spent in a Financial Control/Planning/Budgeting Accounting experience (preferably international) ideally gained within a multinational FMCG company
