Description 1- Preparing monthly labor cost reports, LABOR COST Analysis CHART , monthly Actual labor cost , Accumulated Walking Chart , monthly Labor Cost Presentation). 2- Preparing Labor Cost & Overtime analysis for MC monthly (Overtime Accumulated , OVERTIME Analysis CHART). 3- Headcount Analysis CHART. 4- Responsible for Budgets & FCST reporting. 5- Contribute in submitting C&B Surveys. 6- Analyzing the Automotive market concerning benefits (surveys).
Qualifications B.Sc. or B.A. HR certificate is an asset. Minimum 6 – 9 years in HR, 4 of them in Compensation & Benefits position.
