Description     Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Manager will provide leadership and direction to Al Tadamuns HR management functions and activities and ensure that these are effectively and efficiently managed and that they deliver high quality services to support the organisations business plan and strategic priorities. The HR Manager will also provide HR guidance and expertise to the Management Team and the CEO and ensure compliance with internal controls and local employment and labor regulatory policies, procedures and practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — Advise the management on best practice and contribute to the operationalization of strategic HR processes — Conduct regular bench-marking of pay and rewards with similar employers — Provide consultation and guidance to senior management and organizational partners in the interpretation of HR management policies, procedures, programs and application of related government laws and regulations — Lead HR-related projects — Leading in the design, development and implementation of innovative workforce retention programs
Qualifications    • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university • Five years’ experience in recruitment, professional development, benefits and compensation administration, job classification, employee relations, and Labor Law administration. • Able to target opportunities for service improvement through training and coaching • A self-starter who is able to target HR priorities and ensure delivery by taking action and exhibiting excellent follow-up • Able to maintain a trusted profile with Heads of Departments and provide pro-active support as required • Well organized; able to multi-task and perform well under pressure • Excellent communication skills; very good written and spoken English • Strong leadership skills; able to practice leadership by example • Excellent administrative skills; computer literate • Demonstrates a strong social commitment and a desire to serve his/her community
