Description Coordinate & maintain the entry of and payroll data and the generation and distribution of related reports and information, by entering a variety of employee payroll transactions, including approved leave changes, employee payroll deductions, new hires, and terminations, to support the Compensation & Benefit function... Processes time attendance for Employees, by reviewing attendance system reports, to ensure accurate timekeeping with in the refinery context. Verify and support payroll actions, by ensure compliance with established policies & procedures and departmental management directives regarding payroll activities, to ensure integrated payroll processes. Coordinate the maintenance, recording, preparation and reporting of data related to employees, by maintaining official personnel records, to ensure having the records appropriately up to date Manage document flow and maintain all personnel documentation, in compliance with the Egyptian Law and corporate document retention requirements, to guarantee the legality of such documentation, and coordinate the social insurance
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position • Good English • Good Computer Applicants must be resident in Minia • Knowledge of principles and practices in payroll processing required. • Knowledge of the social insurance process
