Description Operational Role: 1. Execute sales plans to penetrate the local market of Translation services and capture significant market share. 2. Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings. 3. Meet sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships; troubleshooting client concerns; and preparing sales presentations and supporting documentation. 4. Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations. 5. Analyze requests and answer queries and prepare quotes. Customer Relationship Role: 1. Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships. 2. Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Follow up on payments and money collection
Qualifications 1. 1-2 years of sales experience with a solid sales achievement record. 2. Bachelor degree from an accredited university. 3. Excellent command of the English language. 4. Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication. 5. Strong time management and interpersonal skills. 6. Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines.
