Description 1. Responsible of defining and implementing HR programs and systems for headquarter as well as the international offices in order to meet the corporates strategic objectives. 2. Develops and maintains the companys grade scale, salary scale and benefits system according to real market survey and analysis. 3. Develops and maintains the most appropriate job descriptions for all local and international employees. 4. Recruits high caliber people and insures to have a positive and motivating work environment. 5. Responsible of all administration related activities including security, preventative and corrective maintenance, office supplies, etc. 6. Ensures that the administrative processes operate in a professional, consistent and efficient manner. 7. Handles the employees personal and legality issues and makes sure that the countries laws and procedures are implemented in the right way. 8. Suggests and maintains compensation and bonus policies for employees and top management in order to retain the right caliber of employees. 9. Develops and maintains motivating training programs that meet the present and future needs. 10. Designs and implements a balanced performance appraisal system and makes sure that it is linked to the strategic objectives as well as the salary raise and the overall compensation system. 11. Trains and coaches the HR staff members in all locations, ensuring that they are equipped with the appropriate international approved systems and processes.
Qualifications 1. Has a minimum of 12 years of experience in HR of which at least 5 years in same position 2. Has a post-graduate certificate in HR 3. MBA degree is a plus 4. Significant working experience in a senior HR position preferably in a major international organization 5. Excellent English and knowledge of other languages is a plus 6. Good organizational and administrative skills 7. Experience in working with multi-culture environment and capable of dealing with a diverse range of cultures 8. Excellent oral and written communication skills 9. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
