Description To focus on developing and increasing all aspects of the institutes business. To make contact with companies, organisations, foreign delegations, human resource managers, universities, associations, etc., to promote the school services and products. To ensure that databases of potential customers for mail-outs and mass emails are in place and fully exploited. To keep close contact with different sections of the institute and regularly consult with them on sales and promotions of their products. To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organisations products/services. To make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. To research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. To expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. To analyse the territory/markets potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organisation. To plan and organise personal sales strategy by maximising the return on time investment for the territory/segment assigned. To supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications Previous experience in sales business with excellent selling skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.

Other Skills • Enthusiasm for developing and promoting businesses. • Excellent planning, presentation and selling skills. • Bi-lingual in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. • Needs to be well organised and aware of short- and long-term deadlines. • Ability to work under pressure at busy times. • Self-motivated to use time effectively. • Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with a wide variety of clients and customers. • Smart appearance commensurate with position.
