Description Direct and Mange projects resident engineers. Review of projects master plan, cost estimates, base and revised programs, resource loading and leveling, execution programs, progress S-curves and method statements Progress measurement and reporting variance, deviance or non-compliance. Liaison with Engineering Departments to effect assessment of any possible interface constraints with any other project, department or operational/shutdown activity. Provide inputs to Cost/Budget Controller during preparation of Asset Capitalization Certificates. Develop projects quality plan, identifying and evaluating projects risk, and ensuring that the projects is successful financially. Participate in study and analysis of the supervision consultant reports for impact of claims and variations orders on time schedule and cash flow. Project time / cost analyses, databases, and benchmarking project status with planning tools and graphical presentation. Establish job performance standard for The Resident engineers, monitor performance, Annual Performance Appraisal process, and take remedial action as needed.
Qualifications Expert user of software like Auto CAD , Primavera and Microsoft Project. Expert in using computer spreadsheet like Microsoft Excel. - Excellent planning and organization skills -Analytical Thinking - Excellent Communication Skills
